Robert Pitts

Chief Copywriter

Robert has over 20 years of journalism experience. He pulls double duty at The Nissen Group, serving also as editor of the Florida Real Estate Journal, one of the many publications produced on the agency's publication side. He also handles editorial management for several other publications under The Nissen Group's publishing division.

His past professional experience includes writing and editing positions with the Winter Haven News Chief and Canadian Media Enterprises. In addition to writing, Robert's skills include desktop publishing, photography and photo editing, production of charts and graphs, and content administration for websites and e-newsletters.

Robert has a bachelor's degree in journalism from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, and recently completed his master's degree in human relations from Liberty. He is active in his church and is a physical fitness enthusiast, enjoying martial arts, running, and off-road cycling. Robert also volunteers to teach personal finance classes locally as part of radio host David Ramsey's Financial Peace University program.
